Miami:),I'm just back from my 3 weeks holidays from the states, had a great time. The hotels I booked with Tour America were great. Wellington hotel new York I got a great room with a great view of 7avenue . The claridge hotel miami was good too, i most of got a penthouse suite and do not cost that much and a great view of south beach of thank you and will be booking with tour America again in the future:)

Hi Leslie, Anyway I just wanted to say a million thank you's to you for one of the best/memorable/happiest holidays that we ever had. It was my second time to go (I had been about 17 years ago) and it was**** first but to be honest it felt like the first time for both of us we were just so blown away with it.

The service we got from Tour America was second to none, Virgin Airlines were brilliant to fly with, the Rosen Inn on International Drive was perfect for what we needed and the Tour America Lady "Jessica" was lovely to deal with and very helpful. Like they say in Disney ...."Dreams really do come true" ...... it was just magical.

We have already decided that in five years time when we are both 50 we are heading back to Orlando to celebrate!!!! Once again, thanks a million for all your help throughout you were defintely instrumental in making the trip so special for us. Name not disclosed at the request of the the client.

Hello Susanne, I just wanted to let you know how Paddy and myself got on with our hols to the States! We had an absolute ball! The flights all worked out perfect and our accommodation was spot on too. It was a real holiday of a life time and we enjoyed it all. Las Vegas was brilliant we were very lucky with the weather warm and sunny and we thought the Excalibur was ideal. The cruise was fab too all the destinations were gorgeous, Paddy loved Jamaica! It was great to finish off the holiday in Orlando as it was so laid back and we got to have a few pool days as well as getting to the parks. It worked out well getting the flexi ticket, Jessica met us in our Hotel to give us the flexi ticket and organised an I-ride ticket for us too which was very helpful. Hi Deirdre, I am writing in relation to Deirdre Grant, Deirdre has been expecitionaly helpfull to us on sorting out our honeymoon this week. Hi there, Adams family trip to Orlando 11-18 Feb 2012. I just wanted to email you to say thank you for everything.  We had an amazing holiday. The flights were on time and we were all very impressed with Delta, especially on the return JFK-DUB flight with the individual entertainment systems in every seat. 

The car hire was perfect, very quick to pick up, very friendly rental staff and the car was ideal.  We booked a GPS sat nav thingy too, which was a fab idea, we didnt go wrong once.  The kids called "her" Bobby-Jo!!!

The house was perfect too.  Very spacious and clean, in a great area, 20mins from Disney.  The pool and hot tub were massive hits with the kids. We were contacted by your Orlando rep on the morning after our arrival, it was a very quick call, everything was fabulous.

We will definitely be heading back to Orlando again, hopefully in 2014, although 2013 if we can afford it, better start saving again, lol. We will be booking again with yourselves and will recommend you highly to all my friends. Thanks again, will be in touch for our next trip to the USA. I feel I must single out one person - namely Deirdre Grant - who conducted most of the research about the trip for me.  She is an absolutely first class member of your team and dealing with her felt as if I was dealing with an old friend in a local travel agency.  She was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient throughout the entire booking process.  She researched and answered any questions I had, and was patient, friendly and very professional.  She made the whole experience of booking with Tour America a very pleasant experience.  It was no way impersonal or careless and I felt that mine were the only queries on her desk anytime I had reason to call or email her.  I have told this to a lot of my friends and will recommend Tour America as a great company to deal with - primarily as a result of my dealings with Deirdre. Hi David, Just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you all at Tour America for another great holiday. Everything went really smoothly (apart from missing the flight home! But that was our own fault by sleeping in). We had a pumbing problem in the room in L.A., but when they couldn't fix it, they moved us straight away. Would definately recommend this hotel for any future guests.
 
Also, the room in NYC was tiny, couldn't even fit the 2 suitcases in it, but again they moved us as soon as they could when we aked for a bigger room. All in all, a great holiday and your rep (Jessica) in NY was extremely helpful in helping us out when we missed our flight. Thanks again, and I look forward to booking with you again next year. Hi Vasco, I hope all is good with you? Well it is nealry 2 weeks now since we returned from our honeymoon and I just wanted to contact you to say a huge thank you for organising everything for us. Each hotel we stayed in was absolutely fantastic and it really made our trip extra special.
 
Obviouslly, you know we had the minor issue in Mexico with the Honeymoon package but once you sorted that for us, we did not have any other issues at all. Again, I just want to say a huge thank you to you for all your help. I will definitely be recommending you to all our friends who are planning honeymoons next year.
 
Speaking of next year Vasco, we are already looking at our next holiday and I was wondering if you can look into it for us and come back with the best price possible for us.
Orlando Florida we will be going to Disneyland etc, so if I give you the dates, can you send me a few quotations??

it was the best trip we have had out of the three visits to Orlando, the hotel was brilliant, the staff the location, the rooms, facilities were all excellent. Even the guests in the hotel were lovely. Got amazing weather throughout,
We also meet Karen from your branch in Florida, (lovely girl) she got us our park tickets.... Glad we didn't go on the cruise because you can never spend enough time in the parks, pubs and shopping centers in Florida,
Also got my special meals on the plane Thank you.

Thank you for booking us our trip, it was by far the best holiday we ever had, you might hear from us sooner than you think ha ha may be 10 weeks next year. Hi Vasco, Edel er I just wanted to give you a little update on how were gettin on!! Vasco I have to tell you this hotel is excellent it really is, they give you everything you need and more. We had a heavy shower today and got soaked and the hotel brought heated towles to our room (how cool is that. Our room is cleaned nearly twice a day with clean towles and coffee ect. The staff are excellent, polite and friendly and helpful. Even if i wanted to complain I would not be able to find one fault. Got my meal on the plane everything went really well. Thanks so much we are having an ball and thank god we are in this hotel and not econo lodge for seven weeks. Will 100% come back here the next time... Thanks for all your help..... Edel & Mark.

Everything worked out fine and we made all our connections although the one in Phoenix was quite tight. I wouldn't be a big fan of American Airways as they were not very help full when looking for directions and information on the ground and they had no choice of meal going out so I had to fly the Atlantic on an empty stomach!!!!!!!! Other than that our accommodation was great, Vegas was MAGIC and the Cruise was the BUSINESS. Hiya hun, Ive been meaning to mail you since i came back to work a few weeks ago... been up to my tonsils.. sorry! Niamh... thanks a million for all your help with our Honeymoon, it was perfect... Mexico was AMAZING.. i didn't want to leave & im not usually a sun holiday person, but i would have easily done two weeks there, maybe even three! When we 1st arrived i walked around with my jaw dragging on the ground.. it was out of this world! The service was amazing... the food was amazing... the beach was amazing... the pools were amazing... the cocktails were amazing... i could go on all day.. but you catch my drift!!! All i kept saying was.. this is "paradise".. it really was... i was so sad to leave, we meet some lovely people too! Vegas was savage.. but the 5nights were enough, maybe 3! I think i was just really starting to miss Leon at that stage... but i loved it.. would go back with a group... went to see LeRéve - brilliant!! Shopping was great... loved the grand canyon & the cowboys... really great, glad we booked it.. even if i was a lil' sick after the helicopter! even did that roller coaster in New York Hotel... it's a crazy place!
 
We've already started to save to get back to Mexico next yr.... dont know how id ever slum it on a "package holiday" again after being there.... i cant wait to go back.. even selling my wedding dress to fund it!! hahahaha...

Hi Vasco, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help organising our trip to Orlando.  We came home last Friday after the best two weeks of our lives! Your recommendation to get the Orlando flex ticket instead of the Disney tickets was spot on, the kids absolutely loved Universal and Islands of Adventure and we spent most of our time there. We loved the house in Indian Point - it was spacious and so near to everything.
 
You might also send on our thanks to Jessica in the US office, she called us before we flew out there, and came to meet us in the house on our 1st day, so it was great to have a contact over there if we needed it. Hi Joanna, Hope you are well. I meant to email you when I returned to work but kept forgetting!!! We had a great honeymoon, we both really loved Florida. The hotel was nice (International Palms), was basic enough but had a lovely big room and the bed was so comfy. All the amenities were fine, and the breakfasts were lovely. It was in a great location on International Drive, iTrolley stops just outside it. It was very near wet and wild. It had a nice big pool too. We went to all the theme parks and loved them. We just returned from our holidays, stayed in the Hilton Fort Lauderdale and The Viceroy in Santa Monica - they were both incredible.  We did the 14 night Panama Canal on Celebrity Infinity.  We have sailed several times on Royal Caribbean, we thought the food and service with Celebrity Cruises was superior. however the entertainment and night was a little quieter. We definitely recommend taking a day trip around LA, great to see all the stars homes. Overall an amazing holiday and look forward to booking our next trip with Tour America.

Hi Naimh, Just a quick mail to say we had a fantastic time in America, you were bang on about the Doubletree it&rsquos lovely we had a great room overlooking the pool and the room itself was great. We loved every bit of Orlando. New York was great to see but 4 days is more than enough there, the Hotel in Time Square was unreal. All flights were on time and we  had absolutely no problems at all. I&rsquoll drop in when I &lsquom in town to say hello and fill you in, I will definitely go back next year&hellip. when is the best time to book.

One other thing, do you have an email address for your customer service dept. as I would like to send them a mail. Personally I think good service needs to be acknowledged and I certainly got that from you. The rep even called me before I headed over just to touch base, I mentioned the room request and she said she&rsquod go straight to reception to follow it up. Thanks very much for all you help

I recently travelled on Royal Caribbean's "Splendour" after having to cancel my original cruise due to the Volcanic Ash flight disruption. I had a fantastic time and Tour America were excellent when it came to rearranging everything for me. I will definately be recommending TA to friends and family.  But also Lisa in Tour America  chose Bauer Hotel in Venice for us which was fantastic. It is pricy but a brilliant option for anyone looking to spend a bit extra.

Thought you might like to know that we (ourselves and the Hendersons) thoroughly enjoyed our cruise last week. As first timers we were very favourably impressed. The ship is amazing and the level of service and organisation was faultless. The cabin was superb and very comfortable - lovely beds, plenty of stowage space, and an excellent bathroom. Your suggestion of staying at the aft end of the ship made all the difference as it was easily the best place to be on the ship. The week was made by having perfect weather. Those who were on it the week before had terrible weather so we were very lucky. If we had any complaint it would be that sometimes it was hard to get away from loud music when sitting out on the deck enjoying the sun!

My name is L  B and I have just come back from my holiday in Orlando with my family, admittingly when we got there to the Metropolitan resort hotel we were very disappointed, it was not as good as we expected, I know we opted for a cheap holiday but we just couldn't even let the children use the pool and thats what they were looking forward to after a long day in the parks etc, but we all agreed that your rep Sandra is worth her weight in gold, yes she addressed our concerns in a very positive way much to our favour and helped us get sorted out in the Doubletree Resort International. We would like to thank Tour America and their very helpful staff for giving us a fantastic holiday to remember, especially the kids, and we will no doubt be doing business with Tour America again and recommending  them to everybody we know who are thinking of a holiday in America. Many thanks for coming back with your comments, it is always good to hear what our customers think. The Metropolitan is just a hotel we have a very low rate in. I too would not really recommend this property and I would highly recommend the Doubletree, but there is a small increase in rate. Would you mind if we put your comments up on our website, and I think your feedback on the hotel might help other people decide on a different property, or maybe indeed to even look at upgrading. LOCAL IRISH DANCERS FROM MAYNOOTH/STRAFFAN HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM FLORDIA. The Lil Tully School of Irish Dancing Danced on President Day 15th of February on the Winter Garden Stage in Down Town Disney.

After much fundraising and lots of hard work the delegation returned from Florida on Monday 22nd February 2010. Siobhan Keogh Kellett one of the Directors who is celebrating 20th years of teaching with the School is delighted with all her Dancers. It has taken a full year for all the planning to come together.

It was a fantastic opportunity for the class and the children will remember this trip for the rest of their lives.  Indeed some of the members going have not been on a plane before.  

An entourage of 127 people consisting of 37 dancers, brothers and sisters and parents/grandparents made the trip.  40 rooms were taken in the Crown Plaza Hotel. It has been on lot of hard work said Siobhan Keogh Kellett director of the school.  The excitement in the class was fantastic.  This trip will be the pinnacle of some of there Dancing life.

My Mother &ldquoLil Tully&rdquo started the class 45 years ago and I am delighter to carry on her name.  I have been teaching in Straffan the last 20 years. I am teaching in Maynooth since September 00. Siobhan would like to thank all the Staff of Tour America for all the help they provided in making the trip a great success.

Just to let you know we arrived home last sunday after a long flight and still getting over the jet lag, but most of all we had a wonderful time, the cruise was very good and it was nice that the open seating for dinner each evening was very good which gave us a chance to meet different people. Azamara Quest was great they could not do enough for us. We would recommend it highly.

My husband and I booked a Carribbean cruise through Tour America office in Abbey Street, on the Celebrity Equinox (saliing Jan10). From the start it was a fantastic trip. Our flights, hotels, cruise ship bookings and all arrangements worked out perfectly no problems anywhere and would just like you to thank your wonderful staff for us. In particular Eimear, with who we dealt with all through... Having talked to other passengers from the UK, we found your prices very competitive...Thank you once again for a wonderful holiday which indeed exceeded our expectations and would recommend a similar holiday to anyone. So much so, we have been encouraged to book a further cruise with your company.
