Broad Street in Bridgetown, the capital city of Barbados is lined with duty free shops where you will find designer brands on sale at heavily discounted prices. If you want to buy ornaments, crystal, fine figurines then you will find these items on sale in The Royal Shop, Cave Shepherd or Little Switzerland, here you will find brands such a Lladro and Swarovski.
The Barbados Royal Shop is the only exclusive authorized Rolex dealer on the island of Barbados with locations on Broad street and the Barbados Cruise Terminal.
If you do have something to celebrate while you are here, then you may also be looking for something special to wear. For the ladies you will find a bridal department in Cave Shepherd and there are also a few shops on Broad Street that specialize in bridal wear both traditional and non-traditional for that beach wedding. Barbados offers sunshine everyday. The constant cool breezes of the Trade Winds keep average day time temperatures of 80 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, 27 to 29 degrees Celsius. Night time temperatures average 76 degrees Fahrenheit, 23 degrees Celsius.
December to May in Barbados are mainly the driest months. Afternoon rain showers fall during the months of June to November. These are often welcomed to cool down from the blazing sun, and can last simply a few minutes.
